DISTANCE LEARNING COURSES
If you have any doubt as to the suitability of any product, please contact us BEFORE ORDERING. Distance Learning Courses have been designed to work on most systems, including MACs. To view all the material in the courses requires the following free software. Please check that you already have or are able to download the following before purchasing courses from us:
- Adobe Acrobat Reader
- Power Point Viewer
It is your responsibility to ensure that you regularly save and back up all data which you hold on the computer from which you are accessing the Study Materials and all data that you are inputting when completing the Online Course.
Delivery of Goods - Downloads
We operate a strict No Refund policy on all downloaded courses. Where there has been any difficulty in downloading documents, we will offer two additional attempts to download and if this fails, we will post out hard copy traceable copyright protected documents. Please note: a hardcopy will incur additional costs.
Delivery of Goods - CD Roms
We operate a strict No Refund policy on all CD ROMs once the customer has received them. No order will be dispatched until we have received notification of the payment from Paypal or until the funds have arrived in our bank account. Goods are dispatched within 1-6 days. If delivery is outside the UK delivery may take longer than 7 days.
Goods Damaged in Transit
We take care to package our products carefully and all goods are handed over to our postal service provider in good condition. If your goods arrive damaged, please return them to us within 14 days in their original wrapping and we will send a replacement.
CD ROMs fail to arrive
If your product fails to arrive as expected, please contact us. If the postal provider cannot verify delivery within 28 days of the expected delivery date, we will provide you with a replacement free of charge.
The copyright in all material contained on, in, or available through the Website including all information, data, text, music, sound, photographs, graphics and video messages, the selection and arrangement thereof, and all source code, software compilations and other material (“Material“) is owned by or licensed to the Feng Shui Institute. All rights are reserved.
You can view or print extracts of the Material for your own personal use but you cannot otherwise copy, edit, vary, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, store, transmit, commercially exploit, disseminate in any form whatsoever or use the Material without the Feng Shui Institute's express permission. You must not frame or link to the Website or any part of it without our permission.
The trademarks, service marks, and logos (“Trade Marks“) contained on or in the Website are owned by the Feng Shui Institute.
